How is airbrush makeup applied?

Airbrush makeup is applied with the Temptu Airbrush machine. It is sprayed onto the skin instead of using a sponge or a brush to apply the foundation. This makeup lasts all day with no touch ups required.

How is traditional makeup applied?

The foundation is applied with a sponge and/or brush for a flawless look.

What are individual lashes?

Individual lashes are applied throughout your lash line to provide your lashes with a natural fuller look. They require additional time to apply. They stay on your lash line with glue and are very easy to remove at the end of the day with eye makeup remover.

What are strip lashes?

Strip lashes are a full lash band that is applied with lash glue and sits above your lash line. They instantly provide your lashes with volume and fullness. They are very easy to remove at the end of the day with eye makeup remover.

When should I book a trial?

The earlier the better! Dates book up quickly and it’s so important to inquire early in your wedding planning process to ensure your date is available. A trial is important so we can test out different looks without being time restrained and be ready to go for your big day!

Where does the trial take place?

The trial is at my home studio in Hopewell Junction, NY.

Are you able to travel?

Of course! The day of the wedding I will come to you! Just let me know where you’re getting ready and I will bring everything to you.

How do I secure my date?

If you'd like to book Makeup Over the Hudson for your big day, you’ll sign a contract to lock in the date. Once your contract is signed we’ll discuss a day of schedule so everything is planned ahead of time.
